Shooting leaves man injured and another in custody, Durham police say

DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- A man was injured in a Durham shooting, and a suspect is now in custody, according to the police department.

The shooting happened just before 6 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Brighton Road.

The victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities say a man was arrested in connection with the shooting.
