

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (WTVD) -- University of North Carolina Campus Police say there was no credible threat at Kenan Stadium.
The 911 dispatch center received a call around 3:11 p.m. reporting a bomb threat involving the stadium.
UNC Police alerted everyone at the stadium about the threat and out of an abundance of caution, the stadium was evacuated. Employees at the Bell Tower were also asked to move their cars and leave the area "for safety.
UNC Police and emergency responders initiated established safety protocols and conducted a thorough search of the area. K-9s searched around the stadium and inside, on the bleachers.
It has been determined that there is no credible threat, UNC says.
