Wilson Police investigating homicide after 16‑Year‑Old found dead in home

WILSON, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Wilson County teenager was found dead from a gunshot wound early Tuesday morning.

Wilson Police responded to a shooting call at 616 Spruce Street, where officers discovered a 16-year-old deceased inside the home.

Police are investigating the case as a homicide.

The investigation remains ongoing.
