Officials investigate fire in south Raleigh duplex

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A fire forced 12 people from a duplex in south Raleigh on Sunday.

Our crew on the scene said the charred building on Renfrow Road is a total loss. Neighbors told us someone inside one of the units accidentally started the fire.

Officials said two people suffered minor injuries.

The official cause of the fire is still under investigation.
