Man robs Raleigh home in broad daylight

A brazen thief made off with an armful of loot from a Raleigh residence on Monday afternoon.

Neighbors who were outside doing yardwork about 4:30 p.m. on the 4400 block of Laurel Hills Road saw a man walk out a front door carrying undetermined items.

The man drove off in a gold Hyundai. A neighbor's video security camera captured footage of the vehicle.

Raleigh police are investigating.
