Raleigh police make arrest in Capital Blvd homicide
RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Raleigh Police Department homicide detectives have charged Shyhem Juvon Wilkerson, 19, with murder in connection with the death of Aaron Troy Jacobs.
Wilkerson, who was also charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon in connection with the Sept. 21 incident, is in custody and has been transported to the Wake County Detention Center.
The case remains under investigation.

Jacobs was found shot in a car in the 4400 block of Capital Boulevard last Wednesday about 10:15 p.m.
Jacobs, 24, died at WakeMed.
