RALEIGH-DURHAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (WTVD) -- A Chapel Hill man faces felony charges after he was allegedly spotted taking pictures up at woman's dress at RDU International Airport.

Airport police have charged 54-year old Tod Krewson with felony secret peeping.

According to court documents and airport officials, the incident happened last week when an alert woman reported seeing Krewson aim his cell phone camera under another woman's skirt inside Terminal 2.

Julie Mayberry, of Raleigh, and a friend visited RDU Wednesday and both were wearing skirts.

About the allegations Mayberry said, "We always tell women to be careful and women not to go out after dark and to be safe and to do all of that which, of course, we should. But also I'd like the message to be that people need to stop assaulting people and stop taking pictures up women's skirts."

Krewson faced a judge Wednesday at the Wake County Justice Center and is out of jail on a $50,000 bond.

ABC11 contacted Krewson by phone, but he hung up when the reporter identified himself.

We also contacted the eyewitness, a Wake County woman, but she declined to elaborate on her actions which are being praised by airport officials.
