Remains of missing Winston-Salem woman were found, cause of death unknown

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WTVD) -- The remains of a Winston-Salem woman who had been missing were found.

23-year-old Eileen Lavery disappeared in March 2023.

Investigators said they could match the woman's dental records to get a positive ID.

Her cause of death is under investigation.
