A Cary woman is sharing her story after losing thousands in a sophisticated scam that authorities say is increasingly targeting Wake County residents.
The three-judge Court of Appeals panel agreed unanimously that Gregory Hahn's actions didn't interrupt Harnett County court proceedings.
"I don't think that anyone who is a nonviolent drug addict should be in prison. Just fine him. We know he did something wrong. Just fine him. He needs help," the juror said.
