Sources: Clemson QB Christopher Vizzina (elbow) week-to-week

Clemson quarterback Christopher Vizzina is considered week-to-week after sustaining an elbow injury Saturday, sources told ESPN's Pete Thamel. Freshman Tait Reynolds is expected to start for the Tigers against North Carolina on Saturday.
