Trucks crash on I-85 near Henderson

HENDERSON, N.C. (WTVD) -- A crash temporarily closed the northbound lanes of Interstate 85 at mile marker 218 in Vance County near Henderson Monday afternoon.

One lane of traffic was getting by while workers cleared the wreckage.

Pictures from Chopper 11 showed a truck demolished in the accident and other vehicles also involved.

The cause of the crash was under investigation.
