Bikefest roars into Raleigh, a local band celebrates 30 years, and more.

Meteorologist Liz Horton says there's a lot to look forward to in the forecast this weekend: plenty of sunshine and highs in the upper 70s to low 80s.

And there's no shortage of great events to enjoy around the Triangle:

1. Capital City Bikefest Fri-Sun

The streets of Raleigh will roar to life this weekend as the 10th Annual Capital City Bikefest takes over. Fayetteville Street will host stunt shows, custom bike shows and a tattoo festival. More than 100,000 people attended last year, so get downtown early. Details
