Stranded scuba diver records his last words
The man says when the sun goes down "that's it for Jakey"

QUEENSLAND, Australia (WTVD) -- After getting stranded in the open water 30 miles off the coast of Queensland, Australia, Jacob Childs thought he was done for.

Recording himself with his GoPro camera, the scuba diver said "Well that's it. When the sun goes down they won't do nothing. That's a wrap for old Jakey."

Later in the video you see the sun going down and it beginning to get darker.

Fortunately for Childs, he was rescued just past sunset after drifting alone for more than six hours.

The experienced diver said the harrowing ordeal won't keep him from going back in the water.
