Ribbon-cutting held for new elementary school in Apex

APEX, N.C. (WTVD) -- Wake County school board leaders celebrated the opening of the new Pleasant Plains Elementary School in Apex on Thursday.

The school opened in August and was needed to accommodate all the growth in Apex.
