Durham County Sheriff's Office holds Trunk or Treat event

DURHAM, N.C. -- Families are invited to join the Durham County Sheriff's Office and first responders from across the county for the 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat - Touch a Truck event on Friday, November 1 at Northgate Shopping Center.

Extend your Halloween fun by meeting local heroes, exploring emergency vehicles, and collecting plenty of sweet treats.

Sponsored by the Greater Durham Chamber of Commerce, the event runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. - or while the candy lasts! Kids are encouraged to wear their costumes for a safe and family-friendly morning of fun.
