
CARY, N.C. (WTVD) -- Three people escaped unharmed after a house fire early Friday in Cary, police said.
The fire was reported just after 2 a.m. at a home on Belhaven Road, drawing a large emergency response to the neighborhood. Authorities said flames were largely confined to the garage.
Fire crews were able to quickly contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading to the rest of the house, officials said. No injuries were reported.
Investigators are continuing to examine the cause of the fire. The cause has not been officially determined, and no foul play is suspected, police said.
