Hwy 98 blocked by crash in Wake Forest

WAKE FOREST, N.C. -- Police say Durham Road/NC 98 from Tyler Run Drive to South Wingate Street in Wake Forest is closed after a crash.

Investigators said a pickup truck traveling west veered off the road and hit a utility pole.

Wake Forest Power crews are on the scene repairing the light pole, but the work is not expected to be completed for several hours.
