RALEIGH (WTVD) -- When you're in downtown Raleigh, you often see more people on foot than in cars. People are out enjoying the weather, making their way to restaurants and businesses or doing exercise.
One man is making street signs - hoping to get people to walk more places.
The signs give you a starting and ending point and include the distance and time it will take you.
You've probably seen the signs, but it wasn't until now that the City of Raleigh authorized them to go in neighborhoods around town.
ABC11's Anna Laurel reports.
