Punxsutawney Phil and Sir Walter Wally disagree: Wally says spring is on the way

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- It was a busy day for groundhogs across the nation, as they're trying to determine if we'll have more winter or jump to spring.

Early Friday morning, Punxsutawney Phil said we'll have to endure six more weeks of winter.

However, Raleigh's Sir Walter Wally disagreed, saying spring is on the way!
