Man arrested after wild chase ends in Raleigh

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A man is facing charges after a wild chase Saturday afternoon that began in Franklin County and ended in Raleigh.

Authorities said at least one Wake County cruiser and two from the Wake Forest Police Department were involved. It ended at US-401 near Spring Forest Road.

William Stephany Jr. was charged with careless and reckless driving and speeding to elude officers.

He was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
