Police have an arrest warrant for Cesar Becorril Romero of Dudley, N.C. When apprehended, he will be charged with the murder of Nidia Yubitza Carrera Solorzano.
Solorzana, 23, was found dead inside a home in the Carolina Pines Mobile Home Park.
