Rocky Mount teen charged with shooting

ROCKY MOUNT Police said they have not identified the suspected shooter because he is a juvenile.

Chamberlain was found on North Oakwood Drive, taken to the hospital and released.

The 13-year-old is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intend to kill.
