The FBI hopes ads on electronic billboards will help them catch a serial bank robber. The suspect, who the media has dubbed the "Buzz Cut Bandit," has robbed ten banks across the southeast, including four in NC.

The FBI is using images from surveillance video on billboards in Tennessee, Kentucky, North and South Carolina and Georgia.
