According to warrants obtained by ABC 11 Eyewitness News, Aleksey Glazunov, 24, of Raleigh, was driving his vehicle in a "careless and wreckless manner," lost control, struck, and killed Teresa Weintraub on December 2nd.

Glazunov was originally charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle, but on Friday, the charges were upgraded to involuntary manslaughter, and Glazunov was being held on a $50,000 secured bond.
