Investigators say the men broke into the home on Springview Trail while a 10-year-old child was at home and then took off with property from the house.
The child was not hurt during the incident.
Now, Ermelando Rogel-Diaz, 32, of 206 Avery Street in Garner is charged with breaking and entering, larceny, and conspiracy to commit breaking and entering.
Fernando Segura Garduno, 36, of 154 Dakota Drive in Garner is charged with breaking and entering, second degree kidnapping, larceny, and conspiracy to commit breaking and entering.
Joaquin Morales Rosas, 22, also of 154 Dakota Drive is charged with breaking and entering, second degree kidnapping, and conspiracy to commit breaking and entering.
