Police charge man with raping minor

CUMBERLAND COUNTY Investigators say the alleged attack happened shortly before midnight on Monday at the home of the victim's sister.

Mauro Guadalupe Estrada, 21, was arrested Tuesday morning after the victim said Estrada forced her to engage in sexual activities.

Estrada, who is a resident of Mexico and may be living in the United States illegally, is charged with statutory rape.

He is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center on an ICE detainer.
