He was found in the area of Italy Street and Cheer Lane, and police say he died from a gunshot wound.
A silver vehicle, possibly a Dodge Charger, was seen leaving the area just after the shooting. An investigation is underway, and police ask that anyone with any information should contact Fayetteville Police Detective Michael Ballard (910) 549-7326.
