Durham police ask for felp in identifying robbery suspects

Durham police are asking for help in identifying two men involved in an armed robbery April 18.

It happened at La Magdalena bakery in the 1800 block of Liberty Street.

Investigators say two men armed with guns entered the bakery just after 8 p.m. One man jumped over the counter and took money from the cash register.

One suspect was described as a black male wearing a gray shirt with long sleeves, a black knit cap, blue pants and white sneakers. The second suspect was described as a black male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a white owl and OVOXO on the front.
