RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- Raleigh Police have charged a man with indecent exposure, RPD said Monday.

The alleged incident happened Feb. 16 at Biltmore Hills Park, 2615 Fitzgerald Drive. When officers got there, the suspect had already left the area.

Then, around 6 p.m. on Feb. 20, police officers were dispatched to the Wake County Detention Center to meet with a man who said he wanted to meet with an officer.

Moses Tyquarius Pressley, 23, told officers that he wanted to turn himself in, saying he believed he had an outstanding warrant.

RPD said that during that discussion, Pressley admitted to being involved in the indecent exposure reported at Biltmore Hills Park.

Pressley was arrested and charged. The case remains under investigation.
