How to Supercool Water

Did you know you can turn water into ice with the touch of your finger? It's quite simple to do! All it takes is patience and preparation. For this experiment, you'll need a few bottles of water, a glass and crushed ice. Follow along with ABC11 Science Club with BASF and discover how to get started! What is supercooling?

Supercooling is a process that reduces the temperature of a liquid or a gas below its freezing point without it becoming a solid.
