It happened just after 9:30 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Crayton Circle and Wayside Ave.
Police found a man in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center where he remains in serious condition.
A second victim was found shot in the arm at a house on Wayside Ave.
Investigators say the first victim jumped in his car after being shot at the house but crashed a block away. He then got out of his car and crawled down the street several hundred feet before collapsing.
Police have not released the victims' names or a description of the suspect.
