Matthias Anderson, 41, founded New Wine Ministries Church in Oceanside. He's accused of having a two-year sexual relationship with a Murrieta girl who went to that church.
Anderson faces multiple charges, including lewd acts on a child under 14.
Murrieta police said there may be more victims out there.
