Missing 5-year-old boy found safe in Chapel Hill

CHAPEL HILL (WTVD) -- Authorities in Chapel Hill located a 5-year-old boy shortly after he was reported missing near Seawell Elementary School Wednesday morning.

The Chapel Hill Police Department said Moo Gay Ler Wah was last seen at 7:30 a.m. in the area of Seawell Elementary School on Seawell School Road.
