GARNER (WTVD) -- A local speed karting company is doing their part to help victims of Hurricane Harvey.
For the month of September, Rush Hour Karting will donate $1 to the Red Cross for every race purchased.
But they're kicking it up a notch. For patrons who donate $12, they'll throw in a second race for free.
Races usually cost $20, so go-kart enthusiasts will be getting their second race for $8 less.
The company hopes to raise $25,000 by the end of the month.
"I think we can do it, with all the amazing support we are getting," said owner Adam Saad. "Since I have started to spread the word about this, Agri Supply has already committed to match every dollar we give to the Red Cross, up to $2,500 which means we haven't even started the promo yet, and we have already raised $5,000."
