Local man competes in CrossFit Games

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Chances are if you're a sports fan you've flipped on ESPN at one time or another and stumbled on the Crossfit Games.

Once a fitness movement, it's now a full-fledged sport.

Only the best in the world make it to the final stages in California, and we've got one of the finalists here in the Triangle.
