Man accused of flashing teen girl at Durham Wendy's

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Durham Police have charged a man with indecent exposure for reportedly flashing a teenage girl at a restaurant Wednesday.

It happened shortly before 1 p.m. at the Wendy's at 4311 N. Roxboro St.

Officers responding to the call were told that a man sitting at a table exposed himself to the girl.

Wayne Wilkerson, 56, who is already on the sex offender registry, was arrested and charged.

Police said the case remains under investigation.
