Durham police investigating overnight shooting

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Durham police are investigating a shooting that injured one person overnight.

It happened just after midnight Wednesday in the 300 block of Woodcrest Street.

When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered a person was shot while standing outside some townhomes.

The unidentified person was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
