Victims robbed of their shoes by armed suspects in Durham

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Police are investigating an armed robbery outside a tobacco store in Durham.

It happened just before 5 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of West Club Boulevard.

Authorities say there were multiple suspects and at least one of them had a handgun.

They were seen taking off in a gold-colored van.

Police say the only thing the suspects got away with were the three victims' shoes.
