Lawsuit will claim Usher infected 2 women, 1 man with herpes

MIDTOWN, Manhattan (WTVD) -- Two women and a man are accusing the singer Usher of infecting them with herpes.

The attorney representing the group says she's filing a lawsuit on Monday that alleges the musician had sexual contact with each of them, but didn't tell them he had the STD, which is required by law.

On Monday, the attorney is holding a news conference in New York with one of the accusers.
