Children in Cumberland County get their forever families

FAYETTEVILLE, NC (WTVD) -- Thirty four Cumberland County children were adopted into 23 families during an emotional ceremony Tuesday.

If you're interested in fostering or adopting one of the more than 800 children in Cumberland County foster care you can attend one of two information sessions.

They are held every third Thursday of the month at the DSS building, 1225 Ramsey Street in Fayetteville. The times are noon and 6:30 p.m. Call DSS at (910) 677-2541 for more information.
