FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- A Fayetteville man was taken into custody Tuesday after police received a 911 call from a young woman who said she had been sexually assaulted.
About 9:50 pm, Fayetteville Police went to the 400 block of Tradewinds Drive and arrested Jamar Radford, 39.
The 18-year-old victim, who is an acquaintance of Radford's, said she went to his apartment where he provided her with alcohol and then sexually assaulted her.
Radford was charged with second-degree sex offense and providing alcohol to a minor.
Radford is being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center under $15,000 secure bond.
