Florida man trying to reunite folded flag with owner

LARGO, Florida (WTVD) -- A Florida man is hoping to find the owner of a folded American flag that he found on the side of a highway.

Ted Froberg told ABC station WTFS that when he found the flag it was in almost pristine condition and ceremonially folded.

He said he thinks it probably belongs to the family of a veteran who passed away, and that's why he's now searching for the owner.

His Facebook post has gone viral on social media in the Tampa Bay area.
