Governor has plans for more Raleigh revitalization

The governor has a plan to make the area around all the state buildings more people friendly.

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- The News and Observer reports Gov. Pat McCrory wants to overhaul the state government complex with ground-floor retail space and residential development to make the area part of downtown Raleigh's success.
