Hillsborough home heavily damaged by fire

HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- Fire caused major damage to a home in Orange County Tuesday evening.

It happened in the 500 block of East Hatterleigh Avenue in the Churton Grove subdivision in Hillsborough just before 6 p.m.

Video from Chopper 11 HD showed extensive damage to the second level of the house.

No injuries were reported.

There's no word yet on the cause of the blaze.
