Most Wonderful Time Of Year - To Learn To Kayak

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- While a lot of us are adding layers and bundling up to keep warm this winter, some people in Raleigh are a little more adventurous and jumping in the water, splashing around in kayaks.

You may think this is the wrong time of year to be paddling around, but the City of Raleigh believes it's the perfect time to learn how to kayak.
