1 hurt in shooting outside Hoke County convenience store

HOKE COUNTY, North Carolina (WTVD) -- One person was rushed to the hospital after a shooting in Hoke County early Sunday morning, authorities said.

Shots were fired outside of a convenience store on Rockfish Road shortly after midnight.

One person was hit. Crews on the scene did not release the victim's condition.

No arrests have been made.
