Sold! Jon Bon Jovi sells $37.5 million New York penthouse

The musician and his wife, Dorothea Hurley purchased the home in 2007 for $24 million. According to Variety, the couple has spent million renovating the 7,452-square-foot property. In addition to the previously mentioned terraces and breathtaking views, the home has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, two kitchens and 11-foot ceilings.
