Cause of triple fatal Rocky Mount crash released

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (WTVD) -- Police have released the cause of the crash that killed three people last week in Rocky Mount.

The investigation showed that inclement weather, excessive speed and tire conditions were factors in the crash.

Kyol Allen, Dennis Battle, and Jason Britt died early in the morning of May 16 when their car ran into a building on Grace Street, and burst into flames.
