Teen hits 3 relatives with car, killing dad, Chicago police say

CHICAGO -- Chicago Police are looking for a teenage boy who allegedly hit three of his relatives with his vehicle, killing his father, Saturday night in the Austin neighborhood, officials said.

The incident happened in the 5400 block of West Kamerling around 11:15 p.m., police said.

The 39-year-old father, identified as Terrell Peters, died as a result of his injuries at Stroger Hospital around 12:02 a.m. Sunday, officials said. Another man and woman who were hit are in stable condition.

The teenager had gotten into a fight with his family before police said he intentionally hit the relatives with the vehicle.
