No charges for driver after pedestrian killed near Kenly

KENLY, N.C. (WTVD) -- The North Carolina Highway Patrol says it does not expect to file charges against the driver who hit a man walking near Kenly Monday night.

It happened on Weaver Road just off U.S. Highway 301.

The dead man was identified as 41-year-old Randall Reid Morgan Jr., of Kenly.
